Capital one card not receved

and no one at capital one seems to care.

they keep trying to fob me off, with the 7-10 days talk, and now that has passed their trying to say give it till the end of the week.

ive had to insist the card be cancelled and a new one issued rather than keep on waiting and waiting.

they dont seem concerned that the card hasnt turned up and chances are somone has stolen it.

Mine came very quickly back in January

I Applied on a Wednesday evening and it arrived by the following Wednesday.

applied on the 3rd of May, letter sent out confirming acceptance on the 4th requiring sgnature on credt agreement, this was apparently recieved back with capital one and the card issued on the 8th. when ive spoken to them some will say oh yeah its coming up 10 days now, others will say i need to give it 10 working days

card was cancelled on the 23rd as it hadnt turned up, and a new one ordered, i got the pin on the 25th card on the 26th.

They received my signed agreement today so i have at least 2 weeks haha! :j Happy spending :beer:
