Hi There - I wrote off to Sainsburys on the 27th January 2010 for a copy of my loan agreement I had with them - the loan is now finished - enclosing £1 cheque - they have cashed the cheque but I have not received the loan agreement.
I understand that they are supposed to send this within 40 days but have failed to - can anyone advise on what is the next step?

Hi there
They have 12 days for just requesting for the agreement, if it was a SAR where you enclose £10 that one is 40 days.
I would contact them on this to ask them what is going on, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
