Help with viewing photographs on my pc please

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could offer me a solution to a current problem I'm experiencing when viewing photographs on my PC. I save photos to a file in "my documents" and when I open the file the first 5 lines of photos (approximately 36) show up (thumbnails) but I can't see the rest - just the little jpeg icon and the photo title. It's getting tiring trying to loacte what I'm looking for...thanks for any help you can offer

Thanks for your response to my thread...I'm not sure what file manager is I'm afraid. I'm having to right click and select open with windows picture viewer to view the thumbnails which aren't visible - hope that makes sense??

File manager which you get via Start->Programs->Accessories->Windows Explorer.
Use the file manger to locate where all your pictures or make sure you know where they are stored.

Anyway if you feel upto a challenge - download this freebie http://www.xnview.com/en/xnview.html

    Install and enjoy.

Not much - just download xnview and double click to install it. Run it from Start menu. navigate to the directory where your pictures are and view as thumbnails, details etc etc.

there are screen shots of xnview on that site.

Download and install Google Picasa, it will automatically locate all the picture files on your PC and organise them for you, and much more.

    Its free from here. http://picasa.google.com/
That gum you like is coming back in style.
