212 sexy
Paris by ysl
Diorissimo Dior
Burberry Touch
Have just been given black XS by my brother - still not decided on that one. I think my all time favourite is good old fashioned Paris by YSL.
What does 212 Sexy smell like? It's on my list of perfumes to try.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
Marc Jacobs ~ Daisy
or
Givenchy ~ Amarige
My son did buy me Cashmere for Christmas, it's a Next brand perfume and it's really, very nice.Between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before0 -
I don't like overly floral perfumes and prefer musky ones. My favs are:
Ghost Deep Night
Kylie Sexy Darling
Agent Provoceteur
Nina by Nina Ricci0 -

I'm not very good at describing perfumes...or even identifying the 'notes' but will try.
I'd say it's a day perfume. To me it's a light citrusy scent with a hint of sweetness, something like vanilla? Similiar to Tommygirl but a bit sweeter. I'd hate to lead you astray as perfume is such and individual thing, see if you can find a sample and tell me if I'm right. No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!0 -

You could order a £2 smell-alike from Perfume-Parlour and try it out. A friend of mine uses this and she loved the PP version and said it was almost identical to the real thing.
I'm a stick-in-the-mud type where perfume is concerned and have been using the same ones for decades. I'm not too fond of the current trend for those blue, oceanic scents which seem very popular at the moment. My favourites are:
Clinique Aromatics Elixir for day-time.
Hermes Caleche for evenings (not the new Kelly Caleche which I don't care for)
Lanvin Arpege for very special occasions as it's so expensive (not the new formulation of this either which is too fresh and "modern" for me).
I do try others just for a change but haven't ever found one I like more than my three favourites. Cabotine is lovely, light and fresh for day-time and there's a Vera Wang one which is also very pleasant. I also quite like Flowerbomb once in a while0 -
Britney spears fantasy perfume. hmm smells lovely. Or anais anais by chacharel.
Oh good another Britney Spears Fantasy fan. Thats my daytime one and its amazing how many people compliment how nice it is and ask what it is, then the shocked look on their face when I tell them!!
Anais Anais was my "first proper" perfume, ie not the dregs of my mums bottles.
All time favourite and going out on is Hugo Deep Red.0 -
For Christmas I got Ricci Ricci, cos I love the smell and the bottle goes with my bedroom d!cor! Also DKNY Be Delicious Nights, great for going out.
The DKNY Be Delicious Green is a nice fresh daytime scent.
I also love Miss Dior Cherie and Chanel Coco Mademoiselle.Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.0 -
Flowerbomb all the way and L'Instant by Guerlain. I'm hating all of my other older scents, but that is maybe because I've had a bad couple of years and I am associating the scent with bad memories?0

Oooh perfume! I've got rid of some as I had far too many bottles - well about 8.
I kept: Magie Noire by Lancome (loong time fave),
A Scent by Issey Miyake
Eau D'Iparie by L'Occitane
Trying not to wear perfume so much these days as beginning to wonder about all the chemicals in them. Want to get a big bottle of the new Liz Earle one - Botanical No.1, it's got a high percentage of natural ingredients and involves no animal testing. Had a sample and it's gorgeous.
Can't stand Eternity or anything too spicey."All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." (Edmund Burke)
