Has anyone orderded from diy-kitchens.co.uk. I would welcome any comments especially from those who have previously had dealings with them.

good kitchen, good price, ther customer service lagged a bit as they got to big to quick. fitted a few last year.

We bought a kitchen from the sister website (same company). ll went ok but we had a couple of damaged units delivered which we've had some problems getting replaced although thats partly my fault for not following up. That said they did say that we would recieve replacement units which never arrived. I phoned to ask what was going on and was told that they wouldn't replace one of the units as it wasn't "damaged enough". I pointed out that I'd been told they were both getting replaced which was apparently approved by a manager and was told someone would phone me back - that was about 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting.

Only reason I've not followed up is we've been having trouble with our builders and the kitchen is still not ready for the units to be fitted.

I used them this time last year , All arrived and installed no problem.Still looking good.

Only thing was there delivery , It arrived about Midnight and it can be awkward organizing fitters as they plan delivery dates at the last minute.

Other than that we are both happy with the finished product.
