My internet account was suspended last week when someone tried to withdraw money from it.
A week later and they've somehow managed to withdraw £1600 tonight even though the account was suspended.
Any idea on the turn around on getting the money back if at all? Their lines are closed right now so Im slightly worried!
Im furious the bank havent prevented this considering it was flagged up last week and they insisted my account was indeed shut down.
