    Of course, this is just the -10% anomaly of 6 weeks ago correcting out of the system, as I predicted at the time.

    Not sure why you're laughing Hamish. Looks like you missed the boat. If you had followed your instinct and bought a load of houses, you could have made a killing. Oh well, there is always the next cycle.
