Aberdeen 28 day flash from RoS.....
+10%

Of course, this is just the -10% anomaly of 6 weeks ago correcting out of the system, as I predicted at the time.
Or.......
The bears were right then, prices did fall, but the spring bounce has just kicked in with a vengeance now.
Hmmmm, I wonder which one they'd prefer? To be wrong then whilst Hamish was right, but still in with a chance now...... Or to be right then, but screwed now.....
Anyway, just thought I'd point it out, as so many of you bears seemed to care so much about the Aberdeen market when it 'dropped'.;)

Seems to me that there is only one house a month sold in Aberdean and if that is a wooden shack then it is -10% but if it is a portaloo converted into a des rez studio apartment then it is + 10%.0

Why is Aberdeenshire still falling at record rates then? Not Again0

It isn't, any more than Aberdeen rose or fell 10% in a month.
It's just entertaining to remind all the bears who cut and pasted the screenshots of aberdeen falling 10% 6 weeks ago, that they were wrong.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Well at least you are true to your word, you did say you'd be gloating when it reversed

Looking at the data from all areas I have never seen such flucuations in my life. I think I would judge an afghan election figures with more crediability.
The sale samples must be so small there.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

This would have had greater impact if you'd just bumped the old thread, with the added bonus it wouldn't have confused brit. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

They are. Which is what often leads to fluctuating data in the weekly flash figures.
The monthly results for the bigger cities are pretty reliable. The weekly flash figures not so much.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Can't remember which thread it was.
Besides, confusing Brit is entertainment in and of itself. Although a bit like shooting fish in a barrel.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Maybe a career in politics would be the way forward for the OP...0
