i have got a few things growing in seed trays at the moment, one of which is carrots. i am sure i followed the instructions correctly, but everywhere i read says carrots dont like being moved..
should i just give up on these little seedlings (i have lots more carrot seeds), or should i try and !!!!! them out and put them in the garden?

instead of pricking them out, just pop the whole module into the soil, that should disturb them less. If they are really packed, kill a few of them off first before planting out.0

I have transplanted carrots and they did fine, try to keep as much soil on them as possible and disturb the roots as little as you can.
Not much to lose as you can always do some direct sowing when the weather warms a little anyway.

Yea I always do indoors them stick them out. That said last year was my first year at carrotts. I put toilet roll middle in the bottom of the pot and then put the compost in and seed. When planting out just tap the pot and just plant it out with the toilet roll still on that way the roots aren't disturbed.0
