Alliance & Leiceter reclaim started today

I've today started my reclaim against A&L for the ppi included in my loan which was taken out in June 2005. If it wasn't for this fab site I wouldn't have known anything about it.

Is there anyone out there who have had dealing's with A&L and had charges returned???

Yes i have heard stories of them sending all their clients letters out explaing what to do if they feel they have been mis-sold, did this prompt you to begin your claim?

No with mine it was back in about 2006 when I read in the media about the mis selling of these ppi complaints and everything clicked into place.
So gave it a go from there and have been reclaiming on all that we have been mis sold on with this product.

My sister and hubby received a questionnaire back about a year ago from A&L, he is a manager and is fully protected throughout, and was sold ppi automatically by A&L which may have been the case for all who have had loans with these.

Keep at them Andrew, you should be fine with whatever reasons you have, please keep us posted.

No I just read about the ppi claim when I came across this site. I had a loan with A&L in June 2005 and they sold me the ppi insurance. However, I paid the loan off early not knowing what I do now, so when I saw this I thought it's worth a try.
