Ticket for event that was full - refund.

Options
Right there was an event this weekend just gone £8 for tickets, a lot of my friends bought one around 12, bought online via a website, had to print own tickets. Got to the venue queued for hour or so and than we asked the bouncer why the queue wasn't moving where he said the venue was full so we decided to leave and go elsewhere.

Its said that the venue was changed at the last min for some reason, which would explain the screw up with numbers.

We are waiting on response from the organizers, but is there anything that can be done other than sitting and waiting?

Other that writing to them giving them 7 days to issue you with a full refund, there's not much you can do for now.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
