I did a total of four orders - one tracked and the rest didn't. Submitted an enquiry for two of them and the points tracked next day - now submitted a final enquiry for the last order, hopefully that will track as well!

I was starting to get annoyed with Maximiles - a 3 month wait to submit an enquiry is a long time (especially compared to other referral sites like TCB and Quidco) but fair play to them, they came up with the goods eventually!
  • omg I just checked mine and I have received double the points!! 40,000 points have come my way good times :) thanks for the link OP it was a long wait but very worth it :D good luck everyone else :)

They gave me 35,000 extra points as well - a total of 12 transactions through Dell suddenly appeared even though I had only done 5. Tempted to keep them, but ended up emailing support and asking them to take them off as I wouldn't feel comfortable keeping money which wasn't mine.

There does seem to be something going on with Dell on their system though...

I had an email this morning advising me that 40,000 points have just been added to my accout. I was also only expecting 20,000....but I have been waiting ages for these points and their !!!!-up is my gain!

I take the extra 20,000 points as interest earned on a 3 month wait for the points!

Just ordered 30 Bottles of wine and a £10 ODEON voucher!

    Cheers OP ;-)

I thought I read that we were allowed 5 Dell transactions?

    That's now down to one.

Subject to fair use policy. Maximum one transaction per member. Points are not awarded on downloads. Points are not awarded if a member has previously received points during a 5000 points / transaction promotion. Maximiles reserves the right to not award points if fair use policy is deemed not to have been met

It was 5 transactions 4 months ago, T&Cs have changed, well they did about 6 weeks ago.

They were obviously stung with that one.
