How much debt do you have?
    How much do you earn?
Are you on the electoral register?

Also how many cards have you applied for? If more than a couple, that would explain all subsequent applications.

If you apply for too many cards in a short space of time creditors willsee you as desperate and will be even less likely to accept you.

So it's not really the end of the world if you can't get another 0% BT. Even if the Halifax APR is 20% that's "only" £100 per year, assuming you don't repay any of the £500 and I hope you would plan to repay the capital ASAP in this case.

P.S. A gentle reminder, posting in all upper-case won't endear you to many people.
