Ok, now to the next question....appropriate storage of leftovers? I can't waste it, there's loads! (And you lot'd lynch me!) :rotfl:If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0

Plastic tupperware-style dish in the fridge. Or, if you haven't got one, then a bowl, covered with a plate?0

That's lucky...I chose option 1.It didn't look like it would freeze well, so I'd better be hungry tomorrow.

Right then, that's the washing up done. I've even cleaned the hobs for him....a right state he left it in too! I just don't know what I'm going to do with him, he's useless. He can barely cook, hasn't got a clue what Vim's for.....I'm at the end of my rope, I really am.
It's about time he got himself a nice young lady to do all that for him. Do any of you lovely people know anyone? A proper lass mind you, who knows how to look after a man. Not like those young girls these days, they wouldn't know one end of a frying pan from the other , and as for darning, well, they just throw it all away don't they? What a waste, you couldn't have done it in my day, socks were hard to come by - you had to knit your own, mostly.
 Byeeeee!
Ooo, I'm ever so sorry Jay-Jay, I clean forgot to say hello! He's got me all in a tizzy he has, the useless lump. Hope you're ok love?0 -

Footnote:
It's really nice cold. I've just had another helping, and I've still got enough to take a portion to work tomorrow. :jIf you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
Sure is, and that's when I think it pays if it's a bit dryish. I always make mine with a mixture of smoked and unsmoked haddock, 'cos i just love white haddock. But I do make enough for 6 generous portions. Oh I forgot, so do you!!:rotfl: :rotfl:You never get a second chance to make a first impression.0
