Sygma Flybee Credit Card

Applied for a flybee credit card last week got accepted got my card through this morning and apr is 19.9% but when i made the application it was 16.9% how come they give me that apr..

    They actually have 3 tiers:

    16.9%
    19.9%
    24.9%

    Your credit score wasn't high enough for the top APR, but there again it wasn't bad enough for the bottom APR, so your in the middle.

    The 16.9% is there typical rate, not the one you may end up with, take a gander at

    I think you'll find alot of credit companies use the line 'TYPICAL APR' but this may not be the APR you will end up with. Im not going to mention a certain High APR credit with a typical APR of 39.9% :whistle:

    Typical APR has to be given to 66% of applicants. You're not in that 66%!
  • Oh well does not matter my credit score must of dropped when leeds accepted me for there card,that was 17.9% but balance transfers for life which aint to bad!

    Your credit score is different with every lender. Different lenders put differet levels of importance on different information.

    You're not new here any more, haven't you picked anything up yet?

  • Well since ive been on here picked up 2,but do have a santander as well.i do think the more threads you read the more you learn,which is good.
