I don't know whether your price can be beaten. What are you currently paying?
16-25 railcard any use?0 -
yes we currently get a discount from a rail card, its for my sister and shes on benifits so something cheaper would be welcomed is there any codes or any other form of transport that would be usefull for me?:staradminNew Comping Addict:staradminWins so far:staradminnothing:staradminnothing:staradminnothing:staradmin:staradminand.. er nothing:staradmin:AMy little baby Thomas James Due 20th June perfect fathers day gift:A0

Well.... you still haven't said what price you are currently paying.... i.e. what price you want to beat.
Have you checked National Express coaches website?0 -
its around 42£ for both persons right now This is without any discount codes and with disable'd persons rail card. just wonder if theres any cheaper way
coaches are a litle cheaper but they run once a day at wrong times
would have to spend 2 days there if went by coach
one day i goes ay 9pm next day it leaves at 5pm or something like that:staradminNew Comping Addict:staradminWins so far:staradminnothing:staradminnothing:staradminnothing:staradmin:staradminand.. er nothing:staradmin:AMy little baby Thomas James Due 20th June perfect fathers day gift:A0 -
If you can plan ahead, then Advance Single train tickets are available from £11.80 each way.
That's the fare each way for two adults with one disabled persons railcard.
To get that price you must book via East Coast Trains website.0 -
is there no discount codes?:staradminNew Comping Addict:staradminWins so far:staradminnothing:staradminnothing:staradminnothing:staradmin:staradminand.. er nothing:staradmin:AMy little baby Thomas James Due 20th June perfect fathers day gift:A0

Or you can split tickets at York and avoid Darlington. Darlington isn't on the fastest route.0
