Crucial upgrade - which to buy?

I am looking to upgrade my Dell 3000 from my existing 256Mb to 512Mb.
Searching this forum leads me to Crucial as reputable suppliers. The Crucial web site advises that either of the following will match my computer. Please tell me is the first one "DDR PC3200" or the second one "DDR PC2700" best for me?

pc3200 is slightly better..0

PC3200 (DDR400) is slightly faster. However if your existing memory is DDR333, it will run at the slower DDR333 speed.0
