Argos. Damage caused by Dining Suite

Hi,
I am currently claiming against Argos.
I bought a Javelin Dining suite from them which has caused severe damage to my wooden floor due to the design of the chair legs (they taper to a point).
I'd really appreciate it if anybody else who has had a similar problem could post here.
Many Thanks

Is this a wind up. You'll get nowhere I'm afraid. All furniture can potentially damage a wooden floor, that's why they sell all sorts of protective pads for this sort of thing.0

is this for real?
Everything that touches my wooden floor is fitted with sticky backed floor protectors. A judge is going to laugh you out of court with that one.
Incidentally, "Javelin" dining suite? As in long spiked pole? I think your clue was in the name of the suite.0 -

I never put any furniture on a wooden floor without these.0 -
I am currently suing Bryant and May for selling me some matches with which I set fire to my bed.0

Do you think the OP is now suitably embarrased to reply.0

I have a similar problem.
I am currently claiming against Stoves. They sold me an oven that gets dirty once food is cooked in it.
I find it is particularly bad when greasy food is cooked, but now I can't even see through the glass door at all!!
When I rang to complain they told me to clean it!! how rude!!!0
