Been there, done that - at least twice. But in writing rather than over the phone. Didn't get my items - but got some online credit.

Some slight improvements have been made since - but many problems remain.

All my items were cancelled, I complained - nothing! :mad::mad:
I don't live near a store so rely on getting online bargains - well nothing this time despite stocks showing 10+ when ordered. I also ordered early on the 1st sale day, not happy.

Been in the Chelmsford M&S Store and they have a whole section reduced specially the trousers! £3 for decent work clothes

Me too, all kidswear. I had to ring up to find out why my order still wasn't despatched, to be told every single item is OOS so nothing will be coming. If I'd known that I might have trekked to the store to get some of it! It will all be gone now though.

I ordered before midnight on the night it all went live, and chose things that said 10+ in stock. Not sure what else I could have done really, except maybe choose nominated delivery.

Ok that surely can't be a coincidence? Just after the phone call that revealed none of my order was coming, I went to the order on the M&S website and cancelled off any items that I can live without (things in the next size up for my eldest, some socks etc) but kept the most important items on there, just in case. In the past they've left the order open for me and eventually a few bits turned up, better than nothing anyway.

Just checked it again and over half of the remaining bits have moved to 'despatching soon' - :j

Well I placed 2 orders as you couldn't have more than 25 items in an order and my first one has been cancelled.....the one with all the kids stuff.
They had the gall to suggest I look instore or online for something else....which is nice of them to tell me after the sale has pretty much ended.....
I've just written a really snotty email asking them how this has happened and what they're going to do to sort it out....watch this space.

Here in Swansea the men's clothes remained at the 'second reduction' prices but women's clothing was down to £9 for Autograph reductions & £5 for tops/ bottoms/ bags.
Mainly very small sizes like 8 & 10 or polyester stretch waist trousers. Some 24 & 26 too.
Underwear was also further reduced but no price list was displayed & there was a scrum :rotfl:
