Hi. I noticed yesterday that M&S had dropped their sale prices again eg a skirt was in the sale on Wed for £9 is reduced to £5 now. :j

Just wanted to say that I put in a large online sale order (over 20 items) and got all of them on the stated day of delivery - well done M&S - much improved service.

I got some of my order & some of someone elses's today!! I hope they haven't got the rest of mine! Have been assured it is being sent by courier.

I'm wondering whether to send the item direct to the other customer because I fear if I send it straight back to M&S it will never reach the person who ordered it.

Apparently final clearance prices will start in store tomorrow so everything will probably be £1ish - I haven't dared to go before -I'm not sure my elbows are sharp enough!:rotfl:

Lucky you. I was meant to collect my order instore today. Every item was cancelled this afternoon. :mad:

Yay - the rest of my order arrived this afternoon. All 12 items present & correct!!

Call head office and ask to speak with Chief Executives office and let them know the level of their service, hopefully if enough people compain they will eventually do something about it. If you just go through to customer service nothing is ever done that is why I suggest Chief Executive, they really do help, I have been there and done that!!!!!!!!!!!

In our local M&S today, the prices were still the same as yesterday, still waiting for the final reductions - so mmmkbb, no manager special/further reduction today!

Just had an email to say that all of my sale items are being sent to my local store for collection. That was a nice surprise, I was half expecting not to get anything.
