Well they have agreed the PPI was missold and are going to payout which they have already done several weeks ago on loan 1.
Loan 2 agreed payout but say cant put straight into my account needs to be a cheque (loan 1 was straight into my hbos account) Its been 2-3 weeks now and still no cheque
Loan 3 which is currently still active I have been advised i need to open a new loan with no PPI and i will get a refund of all paid including interest and 8%- However they are dragging their heels and I was furious to discover they done a credit check on me for the new loan and sent me a letter declining me for it! Now correct me if I am wrong but there should be no requirement for a new credit check as I was checked when I took the loan and I am taking no new money the new loan is because they say it is the only way they can remove thePPI NOT my fault!
Please everyone give me your opinion as I have had just about enough with the attitude of the customerrelations staff and having to chase them to issue the documents for new loan and refund!

Hi there
Well done on your all your successes:beer:
That certainly isn't your fault, if they work it like this then that is their problem not yours.
I am not sure on how this works in this position but surely whatever they do they should stull refund you your PPI.
I would be annoyed too.
You could contact the FOS on the customer service dept for some advice on this one if you want to. See what they think on this.
