Kayleigh - are you waiting for Agents to ring re the flat you viewed on Saturday? I get a little confused with all the different messages. What did you think of it?
Yeah, it's the estate agents I'm waiting for. I love the flat and I can't wait to move in there.
Right, I need serious help here. My car just failed it's MOT, to the tune of about a grand! Mainly because last year's lot botched the repairs and also didn't spot that the back driver's side tyre was the wrong size.  I'm going to have to sell my car now, there's no way I can afford that. What I want to know is, what can I do about the garage I used last year not repairing her properly and contributing to this year's damage? (The salt on the roads when it snowed didn't help either) Legal suggestions would be best though right now, I'm not fussy.

Kayleigh - I am hoping that someone will say something different but I really don't think there is anything you can do about the garage, especially a year on. Know how you feel as mine failed a couple of weeks ago but now back on the road. Have you got a friendly mechanic who could look at failed reasons and given an opinion? x:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0

Can you contact the CAB for some advice or is there a garage ombudsman that can offer some advice?

If you are unhappy with your MOT service
If you are unhappy with the way your test was carried out please let VOSA know as it helps to know that MOT test stations are providing a good service. Contact the Area Manager at your local VOSA office. The address is shown on the Fees and Appeals poster displayed at your MOT test station or you can ring VOSA on 0300 123 9000.
Might be worth phoning them for some advice!
