FALSE
You entered into an agreement which clearly stated "At time to time we may vary the limit on your account" or words to that effect. Read the agreement, you'll see.
You also have the option to reduce the limit at any time you want.
You chose to spend the money so you have to pay it back.
Maybe do some overtime to pay it back?

False
Wasn't these guys by any chance - success rate even on minor technicalities was apparently close to zero, nothing reported anywhere about credit limit increases - no material changes to T&Cs, and they presumably didn't force anyone to spend the extra debt (aka 'credit').

Beware of anyone claiming they 'sort it' if you pay them up front (refundable of course... yes, right).0
