But those last 20 years you were a double agent so that is 45!!

and if you must shoot me could it be somewhere I won't show when I'm in my bikini please?
OK, I now understand your logic and accept it. And when I shoot you I'll make sure the bullet hole is within the bikini line (to the right of and just below the groin is a good place - the femoral artery is there
)
Soappie.. do you have experience with tandem wheelchairs? We could hook them up to one another and go fast! lol
Oooh now there's an idea! I've pushed NN round the supermarket a couple of times when her knee's been bad with the wheelchair friendly trolley attached. There's no reason why the method used there can't be adapted to involve a bendy-bus style wheelchair conga!I know someone with working huskies if that would help:rotfl:
That is another excellent idea. The only downside is that huskies, (and all other dogs for that matter) aren't generally allowed in hospitals and other places. Unless, of course, we register them as a working with disabled dog first

They aren't doing much for mine eitherI'm slowly reading my way through the thread and have noticed Congratulations are in order for Rach :j:j. That's a lovely scan picture. All these flybabys aren't helping my broodyness.

Sandy - if you can't sleep, then log back on as there's bound to be someone here for a chat. Hopefully our virtual presence will help you, but please make sure that you have some way to let us know how you get on. I understand that you're nervous of giving out details to strangers and meeting up (I was terrified of meeting soappie ... I'm still terrified of her
:p:p but she turned out to be just as mad as in real life as online, which was a relief!), but maybe if you could text one of us to let us know how it goes we can pass the message on. You know there will be lots of people logging on during the day to see how you are.
I've got an 11.30 meeting so you'll have to put up with yet another IT suit or two coming along for the party!
Hopefully you'll be able to meet up with the York flyladies soon somewhere safe to check their sanity and report back to us... I hope you won't let one bad experience stop you meeting new people, and remember, you can meet up in neutral places and don't have to give flyladies any personal details (not even your real name). After all, once you've discussed peg-matching and lists written by someone called pigpen in public, reality really doesn't have any relevance!
Lots of luck tomorrow. I'll be thinking of you (while trying to pretend I'm doing some work!)
Flying... well... the kitchen is still clean and I put some stuff in the DW. I got home late because I met an ex-colleague for a drink after work. I'm parked in the road as the builders have widened my drive and the concrete is wet, but they're nearly finished and will be gone when I get back tomorrow.
I'll be stopping off on the way home to pick up some cake decorating stuff that I lent to a friend, as I've had a request for themed cupcakes for saturday - I'm going to go along to an event linked to the reunion in cambridge the other week - I did point out that there are no naturally occurring blue foods, so this wasn't a good idea, but apparently that's not the point! So flying will commence on my return later on saturday. I'm a bit worried about going (as I was with the dinner) but there's no way I'm going to get anything done about those broody feelings if I don't go out occasionally!
Oh... and work is going well... I had a call from a colleague (at 10pm... he spotted I was online) to ask me to co-chair a conference in November. I think this is a good thing, and not just an opportunity for him to get me to do his work

I am a fully qualified and experienced wheelchair pusher so I'll happily do that for you. Just remember to keep your elbows tucked in just in case I take a corner too close...
Sorry, still catching up, but this is how I dented the car the other week, coming out of car park last week......took the corner too tight and dented the back door, and the bumper and got tar stains halfway down the car......stoopid place to leave a telegraph pole!!!!!0 -
Evening all
Went to the cinema to see 'Alice' it was better than I thought but I did find the 3D very tiring - gee I'm getting old. I kept fancying a cup of tea whilst watching it too especially with the tea party scenes.
Just going to give the cats their biscuits and put the WM on and that is me done for the day. Hoping it is dry to go to the garden centre tomorrow. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
s'ok Tag - either we ARE normal or we have not yet been rumbled;)
I was nervous that she may be on here but I have been overwhelmed by the kindness and support here. You are all such lovely people and none of you seem like psycho's.
I have been a NINJA knicker finder tonight.. met DD after school to pop into town for various dance show necessities, in particulare 'nude' high leg pants...not a pair to be had in the whole of Spiretown SO decision to hit the mall (Meadowhall) made...back to car, home so DD can put real clothes on picked up DS and off we went. Found what we needed there *phew* came home, went to Morisons as DD needs a pack up for Saturday and I might not be able to go tomorrow as the car is in for service/MOT ironed and despite exhaustion hit the quiz. We won a tenner (2 5 pound vouchers) so neice bought a bottle of wine (had to pay 99p) to take out, rather than not use the vouchers. If this keeps up christmas will be cheaper;)
Can I come on the bus? I have no car anyway tomorrow as it's in for service...
Advantage cards checked - neither DD nor I struck it lucky. Shoes back from cobblers - repair is first class and I have new specs..
sounds like a plan BUT I have no actual experience of childbirth as such...I slept through DS's arrival (with help;)) and DD came out VERY quickly thanks to a surgeon - be nice to see what happens...VALLI - RIGHT YOU ARE NOMINATED FOR MY BIRTH PARTNER AS LONG AS THERE IS CHAMPERS AT THE END. I'M STILL LOOKING AT IRONING!!!
got some fruit loaves whoopsied at 9p each - Bread and Butter pudding tomorrow and two in the freezer for another time...Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Can I ask for some good vibes for a friend please? She has been having some problems with her horse and she needs to make a very tough decision with the vet tomorrow. She has been very upset this week while we have been away, we have been away so much recently that she hasn't had much time with him. I am taking her to see the horse and vet tomorrow at 12 so she doesn't have to go through anything on her own and so she doesn't have to drive.MFW 2025 No. 7 £2331.07/£2700
