I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice?
I ordered guitar hero for the xbox online nearly two weeks ago. When it didn't arrive I called customer services to check on it, and they advised it had already been delivered!

They say they have a signature for it, and the driver confirmed it was at the correct address!?! My mum and brother were both in the house all day, and no-one ever turned up.
All I can guess is that it was delivered to the wrong address, but the driver denies it.
Now the company won't refund me, or send a replacement until the have 'investigated futher', including studying all the signatures of people who live in the house.

Do I have any rights to demand a replacement?

    You have a right to the goods you have ordered and paid for.

    Surely you can understand that the supplier believes they have delivered the goods correctly and need to investigate further?
