Ppi help needed

I am a financial adviser based in Scotland and have been asked by about 20 of my clients to reclaim there ppi claims - l would not be charging any fees upfront only on succesful claims but having simply thought l could get registered by ministry of justice it now looks like they wont or dont deal with scottish companies - can anyone enlighten me further ???:(

I am not sure on this to be honest, I'm sure someone will post up though who have had dealings with solicitors of reclaiming PPI's etc etc.

I have found some companies from scotland on the MOJ register also??? Maybe they are doing business in england and wales.

There is a comment in the above article saying this

Claims management companies that do business in England and Wales have to register with the regulator run by the Ministry of Justice but many are exploiting a loophole by only doing business in Scotland or Northern Ireland to avoid regulation.

Hmmmm!!!!
