Mcafee Total Protection 2009 Installation

Options
Hi all,

This may not bee the best place for this but as they say " if you never ask, you never get" so this is my situation:

I have Mcafee 2009 that I got from a torrent site a year ago now. It now has 11 days to go then it will expire. I am using an XP systerm on my little home network.

I have uninstalled my mcafee and installed the same version but it keeps recalling that I have 11 days left so this is not being updated then.

There has to be a way of totally cleaning my PC of this application so I can re-install the application as new installation from scratch.

The issue is how do I remove every trace of Mcafee from my systerm so I can make a total CLEAN INSTALLATION and get another year of FREE full total Protection with the updates too.

concluion = what and how do I totally uninstall mcafee from my computer so my new installation is seen as NEW from Scratch as that is all I need right now.

thanks folks. :T

You want help to re-install pirated software! Ask somewhere else.

My advice, Remove Mcafee and stick on Microsoft Security Essentials or Avast or Avira, which not only are better, but free.

I cant believe youve put yourself in danger by downloading using torrents, probably without encryption on or any other protection, and you download mcrapee!

go to hsbc, get a bank account with them, activate online banking and GET IT FOR FREE.

if you really like mcafee and want to continue using it you can do this. if you have barclays you can get kaspersky (which is a vast improvement imo) iin again the same manor as hsbc, or you could stop stealing software that doesnt really give you much protection and get something thats free and does a much better job. see the above posts.

If you are going to go to the trouble of installing a pirated AV program, why choose McAfee?
