Sorry to keep going on about the Council, but I work in housing. they will have a list of reputable landlord's in the area that take ppl on benefits so credit ratings shouln't be a problem. good luck

I'm not entitled to any benefits!! Nadda. Council have said they'll help when i'm homeless..

you can put in a homelessness application 28 days b4 you become homeless and the la have a duty to look into it and provide emergency accommodation if there is a need. But you don't need to be on benefits to ask for their list of landlord's the reason I mentioned that was more to do with the fact that alot of ppl on benefits do have poor credit ratings but these landlord's will accept them. u just need list of reputable landlord's
