hi im first time buyer and wondered about the insurance's.do you have to have them all?
house yes, but what about the life insurance , what type of insurance and where to get it , do you have to go with the lenders package for life/house?

I think you are best off looking at the Insurance tab at the top of MSE's page when you scroll to the top.
I'd hate to advise for it to be wrong because you have to look into fees & charges etc & everyone has different needs but do know that I would never buy insurances from mortgage lenders.0 -
I've never had life assurance.... if you are single, with no dependents, it's not necessary. Life assurance is money for those who depend on you/those you've left behind.... if there's nobody, there's no need for it.0
