Found this on the Bolton News website. Throughout the text it says that Boltonians can win this prize, however in the T&C's it doesn't exactly say that. I will post the details and also the T&Cs and you can decide for yourselves. It is an amazing prize!!

This is interesting. I live in a cabled area. Just my road isn't because for various reasons, the road has not been adopted and the council won't allow it to be cabled until it's been adopted for a set period of time. Where do I stand on this?! I am not a million miles from Bolton either...

I really think this is just for Boltonians as otherwise you may have to travel just to have your photo taken. As an ex-Boltonian the way I read the blurb (To welcome Boltonians to a world of entertainment, Virgin Media is offering one lucky reader a fantastic digital makeover for their home featuring a top of the range Virgin Media service free for a year) it is only for people who live in Bolton.

I shan't enter for that reason but good luck to all who do enter.
If at first you don't succeed try, try, try again.
