How best to transfer money to Europe?

Hi, I have the need to regularly transfer money to Ireland and I'm so tired of having to physically go into my bank to arrange the transfer and am annoyed at paying the bank charges (usually £20 a go).
In work, I can use a business account to transfer money online, easily and quickly, anywhere in the world, for a small fee. Does anyone know if there are any companies or banks offering this service to personal customers? I'd love to be able to do these transfers online, and for less than £20 please!

Hifx have been good for me for sending money to NZ every month, they have a min of £250 per transfer though. No commission on sending and receiving, it's built in to the rate, the internet service works well.
This has worked out about $30-40 cheaper than using HSBC even though their rate is 'better (I kept getting stung for $20 by the receiving bank in NZ).0 -
HBOS charge about £9 to send to Europe if you have an account and use their Internet banking.0
