Have had a look on the 'reject rate jacking' thingy and am going to cancel all my cards tomorrow, have not defaulted on any til this month, ooooeeeeerrrrr.
Am anxious to get on some sort of road to recovery but will not panic and take my time to decide best action to take, WILL NOT go bankrupt, simply cannot even think of this after all i've been through will not give up now and am determined to fight my way back to freedom ( playing Jerusalem as background music) watch this space.:j

Just one more question for tonight, would the CAB lovlies recommend me to a charitable IVA company or would there be a likelihood of charges to a company too???? confused please help. xxxx

There is a charge for doing an IVA, and everyone applies it i'm pretty sure CAB do IVA's , but as I said earlier I don't think an IVA is suitable for you.
