Can anyone recommend a company that they have used for their HIPS.
I obviously want it as cheap as possible, but also to be done quickly.

Use the forum search function top right: search for 'hips property' or 'hips sale' (to cut out hip replacement operations!)0

This was the first time we have sold a house and had to have a HIP. Estate agent organized it for us and I think we got ripped off.0
