good grief, look at the time! How does the day completely and totally run away from me???
Well had a looooooooooong meeting with the CAB, managed to get everything sorted, all but the car loan!! 4 phone calls to them and they were not budging even after the CAB threatened court action......anyway, it would appear I am now taking them to court lol........greedy barstewards!! The lady at the loan company just stated to the head Debt person at the CAB, if you wish....hor ignorant is that!
Then of course to finish the day off and because of the arguement and long calls to the car company with CAB, I ended up with a £50 parking fine for being 20 mins late back in a lot that cost 20pence per hour to park in!!! I will obviously not be paying this and will get CAB to write a letter and explain and I know it will be sorted.
Overall, a pretty good day. Not the greatest job in the world that I have secured, but a steady one with just enough money to pay the bills and of course I still have my other job interview later this week and will still be attending it. Either way, a job is a job and I am elated to finally feel like I might just have a purpose. I literally woke up this morning and said...I am going to find a job today, sent one email to he normal agency, had a call 10 mins later and a job 10 mins after that!! Ongoing contract indefinate with probably perm placement. At the moment work is work.....
Next mission is to move into my little place I found, I just have to come up with £300 deposit lol....this too WILL happen, come hell or high water. Of course I will have to sneak the kitty in but hey ho, needs must and all that
Have been following the antics again today lol, love every second of it!!!
whew!! have just had dinner, am content, still shivering but that is purely stress, in jammies and just chilling now.
Love and hugggles

Think you really changed things yesterday. It was a big shift from I need to get a job in order to sort this out to I'm going to get this sorted out even without a job and taking action to do that. I can find a way of being okay even if I haven't found a job yet. don't know exactly how but it can be done. and what do you know next day you get a job just like that. woohoo“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

Wow munchki. You're moving mountains girl!!
and for my next project.....I am going to finish off this divorce thing, which of course is a whole other set of bills to sort out!!
One step at a time, but I have accomplished so much in the past 48 hours and am really proud of myself, and could not or should I also say would not have done all this without all the wonderful, support and advice and yes Toots, kicks up the backside.
So most of all, I thank everyone here!!!I am somebody. I am me. I like being me. And I need nobody to make me somebody! Louis L'Amour0
