Sorry Elly, I'm not very experienced with ebay so can't really advise.
If they say size 7 and she said they were to small. Then maybe she didn't realise that they were too small for someone who is a 6 as well. As it seems she just ebayed them rather than hunt around for someone they do fit. eg if you were a size 8(and not a 6) and the 7s were too small for your daughter would you have realised they were too small for a size 6 as well.
Not sure I remember the details correctly so excuse me if I make no sense.

i mainly thought it was dodgy as she would not let me pick them up i live 5 mins from her and other items were on for pick up ,she said she worked long hours but they actually sell under 3 names .just thought if she had been honest i wouldnt have minded dont like to think i've been conned
