settlement figures - help

Ive tried and tried but cant make head or tails of how to work this out.

If I work it out this way do you think it will give me an idea what to expect, cos Lloyds wants me to send acceptance off without any figures. I rang them and they said they couldnt do it without the form. UH!

here goes: paid 1800 ppi for 5 years (30.00 per month). seetled after 30 months and got 900 rebate. So if I paid aprox 900.00 in ppi. The loan was finished in 2004, so should I just put 8% interest per anum for the last 8 years on the 900.00 - 3 years loan run and 5 years until settled

Simple yes?

That is so annoying isn't it?

If you know what you have paid of PPI, then it should be at least that and interest on top etc, if they have upheld and not given an offer then they should calculate just like the FOS does.

I will send you a pm with some info for you and a contact.;)
