I have had help this year from the OU to the tune of £376 off my £620 course. If i go back to University full time, will the fact that i have had this help mean i have problems with maintenance grants etc?

I have used the .gov calcultator and it appears i'll be entitled to fees paid, maintenance grant and loan, but it does ask if there has been any previous assistance, but doesn't list OU as an option to check.

Has anyone moved from one to the other, and what happened?

You will be fine. I am doing the same thing and have been assesed and have my grant and loans are ready for starting in september.

The only time OU would conflict with brick and mortar Universities is if you have some level of qualifaction HND, degree etc from the OU already. Also you cannot claim both OU and traditional university financial aid in the same acedemic year.
