malware bytes to memory stick

i need to know how to download this to a memory stick please as i am going to look at a computer that has no internet access at the mo.
step by step please as i am quite thick. thanks in advance

go to malwarebytes website, download FREE version - preferably to desktop. When complete, insert memory stick, open folder and drag the file you saved onto pendrive. disconnect endrive. Complete.
On recipient computer, insert pendrive, open, click on malawarebytes and follow install instructions. Done !0 -

The only snag with that procedure is that it doesn't include the most recent 'updates', which required internet access when Malwarebytes has been installed.
However, I can't think how your USB Flash Drive can be updated with those without quite a lot of faffing about...0 -
Had a quick look at mine , If you update on your source computer and copy the directory C:\Users\All Users\Malwarebytes to the stick that contains the rules database. So possibly if you run the setup on the target and the copy the above dir after you should (guessing here) that you will have the latest D/BThe only snag with that procedure is that it doesn't include the most recent 'updates', which required internet access when Malwarebytes has been installed.
