You have to go all the way through past delivery to the enter payment page. You will then see order total and underneath:

Payment details
Click here if you have a gift voucher
Click here if you have an online gift certificate
Click here if you have a promotion code

Click on promotion code, enter it and click use promotion code.

I couldn't get this code to work but I think I've used it before so I used from this thread instead and it worked:
