Yes you can use John Lewis gift vouchers online; I have done it. You have to scratch off the silver panel at the top left on the front of the voucher. This reveals the "gift voucher online security code."

Don't scratch until you have been told to by the checkout page, just in case you change your mind at the last minute! Otherwise it will render the voucher void.

In the "Payment Details" section, it will give you a list of options, including "click here if you have a gift voucher". This takes you to another page where they give you instructions on what to do next. You have to enter the number from under the silver panel, plus another serial number from the bottom right of the voucher.

There is space for you to enter the details of more than one gift voucher.

I just want to say thanks.
I used the code on Thursday night, i finally convinced my OH, that i DO need a Radley bag, after weeks of badgering him, he actually gave in. Using the discount code, and £50 of vouchers(that we we given as an anniversary present) i got the bag for a whopping £13.95.

Unfortunately so. I used this code before and it was great but was too late today. Used another code for £10 off £50 (inc delivery ) spend so at least something as I had vouchers from pigsback too.
