SANTANDER GIMMICK "0 % 12 months and match your O/D"

Hi

I recently opened a new account with santander from hsbc. And it has been absolute hassle.

I used account transfer service, when transferring they messed up my direct debits first.

After sending my overdraft proof from my current bank, I rang santander they go it has to be approved by underwriters, i further rang abbey and they go it is an electron accoun that I have with hsbc, which i said i have a debit account and card

this had to also be faxed

i just wanted to know did anyone else have problems, or what i can do.I thought they should of matched my current overdraft i dont think they will.

Been there and done that too. Only difference was that I moved from Halifax to Alliance & Leicester. I have been with A&L for 4 months now, sent them proof of my overdraft and still norhing. :mad:

Personally, I have had enough I moving back to Halifax!!
