Thanks everyone, it is just a few bruises (the one on my hip is going pretty colours) and my neck hurts a bit (but then it hurt before:(). The physio will sort me out. I have just found out I get it free through work and I thought I would have to pay which is brilliant.

Pointypenguin, congratulations on being able to get the physio for free, but poor you on needing physio iyswim.

Sunday was a NSD, yesterday I went shopping but all budgeted for, so another NSD as far as weekly spends concerned and today we have plans to go no further than the garden. So still at £0.

    Argghh overspent already!!!

spent £35.50 on food (accounted for £25) - however my oh mentioned that seeing as this is in our joint account technically only 50% is mine, this this cheating??? (If not then only £17.25 ;))

spent £1.20 parking when collected stone flower pot in another town, as we didn't know the town difficult to find free parking, but had a lovely walk along the river and then visited a museam so totally worth it in my ind :)

opps forgot I put in £2 for a birthday collection as well. Didn't want to just to be ms (read tight) but then thought about my lovely last birthday present, not my most alteristic of actions :o

On the plus side I've unexpectently had to take the day off work so save approx £4 on petrol so will put less in on Thurs (now £21)

NSD yest and again today (not planning to venture out today ;))

Tricky one, I would be tempted to only count half of it if you contribute half the money to this account and your OH the other half. (That sentence has a lot of halfs in it!)

Spends today were £7.41 on M&S for bits to go with dinner and much needed dessert. £1 on gum from the pound shop and £1.28 on orange juice (M&S didn't have any). Then £2.37 on fruit for mango salsa. After clearing the change out of my purse (I save anything under 50p) I have £6.50 left in my purse and £10 in my spends account.

Total for the week so far £31.50

Thanks pointypenguin :T I'm officially black in the black this week! Nd I "half" get what you 're saying ;)

another NSD (3rd of the month :o) Am getting the hang of this now. Was feeling pretty blue yesterday and asked my oh to get me some choc & crisps as he was going to the shop. However when he asked for some change for it, this challenge really made me sit up and think that the money was coming from my purse and decided I would make a cake instead. When it came to it I didn't make the cake as the moment/urge had passed - so didn't break my diet either.

Thanks for keeping me on track everyone :A
