Starting from scratch- advice please

will be starting from scratch again soon in a new place. can i still get all this cash back malarkey. i will be a single fella in a flat with hopefully my kids staying occasionally. any advice or tips on the best rate for me and how to get the best cash back (quidco???)

    No single 'best rate' exists, that will depend on where you are and what you use. Use the comparison sites to decide your best tariffs, and then sign up via one of the cashback sites to maximise your returns.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
