Hi all
I am in dispute with Barclaycard over a transaction to tickets2bthere for almost £400.00. They asked for any corispondence from the company and when I informed them that there was none, they said that they will not be paying out as there is not enough evidence. The Evidence is there in black and white on my statment that this company has requested the payment from Barclaycard and that they have paid the amount requested. How much more evidence do they need other than their own records show.
Can I appeal this decision and where do I stand

Did you specify whether you're disputing the transaction because it's been made fraudulently or because you've paid for something and not received it? It's not clear from your post which applies. In either case, you should put it in writing to Barclaycard's customer services people and escalate it to their complaints and onto the FOS if necessary.
