Do I have a case for hardship?

I have alot of charges on an old Lloyds bank account overdraft - probably £1000 or so of a £2000 debt. I am currently paying this debt (along with others) through a dmp, and have last year my husband left me. I have four young children aged 5 to newborn to provide for.
Would I fit into the hardship category?
If so, how would I go about putting in a claim?
I have also tried reclaiming charges from Barclaycard to no avail, have sent first and second letters but had no response, then things got in the way. Can I continue with this claim, and how should I do this?
TIA

Barclaycard should be easy. I have known them to refund in approximately 9 days. The basis on that is found here: http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/showthread.php?t=17444
Furthermore please read in full my signature with regards to financial hardship.
For reference for others section 167-172 refers to priority debts
