I recently went to Southport and would not recommend it. I paid extra to upgrade and the rooms were as appalling as they basic rooms. Very bad accomodation and not that great a site. I will be sticking with Haven.

I loved the location of the Lowestoft one when my family descended there en masse a few years ago. Short walk from the beach & lovely town. However, v basic food & basic rooms.

Just back from free hol in Hemsby. Chalet was clean and well equipped but desperately needed modernising. The site was ok, my little boys loved the evening entertainment. Hemsby beach was lovely and there were quite a few gift shops, arcades etc. I would return but would not be willing to pay full price for it. But i have certainly had worse holidays than this. Hope this helps.
