MBNA Payment

Hi everyone,
I have been trying to reclaim my ppi for my mbna loan and they said that they would let me now the figure when they worked it out. I was told that as they had passed it on to a collection agency that it wasnt as straightforward to work out. My loan was for 16k.
I have had a payment go into my bank from MBNA today for £1364. I spoke to them last week and a chap called laurence said that he would chase it up but that they would put the funds into my account if I wanted to rather than send a cheque and they obviously have! I still havent had a breakdown though and the figure doesnt seem quite right though or is it just me?? I have no idea how they work it out so any help would be great!

I would write to request they sent you written confirmation of the breakdown, your entitled to see where your money is going and the amounts paid.;)
