Insurance for mobile phones

Hi, not sure if anyone out there can help, my brother had a contract mobile phone in 2003 then another in 2004. He had insurance on both but his last contract ended in 2005. He has had a call from the bank to say he is still paying £15 per month (£7.50 on each contract). He was under the impression that, once the contract ended, he would not pay any more insurance. Is there any way he can claim this money back as he has not had a contract phone since 2005? Any help greatly appreciated

    Hi there

    I can't see why not.

As they did not fully explain how this works in the first place, then your brother has a reason to complain anyway as it seems.
So write to them with the reasons and request they refund the PPI and interest etc, they have 8 weeks in full to respond.
Below is the guidelines of reclaiming with useful info, templates etc.

    Hope this helps, good luck.
