Basically I opened a dispute with someone and after they didnt reply raised it to a claim as they sent me a faulty item.
Paypal received their reply and are now looking into it.
The seller has now just emailed me though apologising for the delay in response and said they will be willing to give me a full refund if I sent the item back.
I obviously want a refund, so should I do this? :S Should I just send the item back recorded delivery... what is the normal procedure?

It is quite normal to have to send the item back, and tracked is recommended, after that seller can refund.
