SAR information

sorry if this in wrong forum
I asked my bank manager if i did a SAR would this include recorded telephone conversations.I was told if i wanted these included i would haveto put the date and time of the telephone calls on the request.Is this right?
I dont want to trawl all through my telephone bills for the info,and what about the times they rang me?

A SAR should include all of this and you should be able to specify that you would require account notes, recorded phone calls that they still have yet to destroy, etc, etc, and anything within a relevant filing system.
